Each day shows the estimated closing balance. On a computer it is a table, and on a phone it is one card per day.
A warning names the account that goes below zero, the first day, and the lowest amount. A healthy total does not hide that account.
Upcoming recurring costs, client charges, and dated debts show as suggestions. A suggestion counts only after you confirm its amount, account, and date.
You match money that arrives to its plan. The outlook then counts only the part you still expect.
Open Cash outlook and choose 7 days or 30 days. The outlook starts from each account's recorded balance today.
Under Suggestions, click Plan this. Choose the account and the expected date, then click Save plan.
Click Add plan for an expected receipt, an expected payment, or an expected transfer between your own accounts.
Read the daily balances. If a warning shows, move a plan to another date or another account.
If the money arrives, record it as usual. Then click Match money on the plan.
